Program terms

1. Joining You can apply to the Listener affiliate program at affiliates.listener.com. We review every application and can decline or close an account at our discretion. You must be 18 or older. 2. What you earn On the Affiliates plan you earn 30% of every payment for 12 months. Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid, excluding tax, after discounts. Rates are shown in your dashboard and can change for future payments with notice. Payments already earned aren’t affected. 3. What your audience gets Customers who use your link or code get 20% off for 3 months. 4. How attribution works A customer is credited to you when they sign up after clicking your link within 60 days, or when they use your code at checkout. The most recent link clicked before signup counts. Existing paying customers don’t count. A customer belongs to one affiliate. 5. Holding period and payouts Commissions stay pending for 30 days so refunds can clear. We pay monthly, around day 15, once your balance reaches $50. Balances below that roll over. You’re responsible for any payout fees your provider charges and for your own taxes. We may ask for a W-9 or W-8 before paying you. 6. Refunds and chargebacks If a customer is refunded or disputes a charge, we take back the matching commission. If it was already paid, it’s deducted from your next payout. 7. How you can promote You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as the FTC and similar regulators require. You may not: - Refer yourself, your own accounts, or your company - Bid on “Listener” or close variations in paid search - Post your code on coupon or deal sites - Send spam, buy traffic, use bots, or pay people to click or sign up - Say anything false or misleading about Listener, or promise results - Pretend to be Listener or speak on our behalf 8. Brand You can use the logos and copy we provide in your dashboard, only to promote Listener. We can ask you to change or remove anything. 9. Fraud We can hold or cancel commissions we reasonably believe came from breaking these terms, and close your account. Commissions earned through fraud are forfeited. 10. Changes and ending We may change these terms with notice in your dashboard or by email. Either of us can end this at any time. If your account closes in good standing, we pay out what has cleared.
